Questions about a booking go to the operator who runs it, because they hold the reservation and the pickup list. Questions about opening hours, the Castle Dungeon or a carer ticket go to the castle. Everything else can come to us.
About a tour you have booked
Your confirmation email comes from the operator and carries their reservations number. They are the ones who can move a date, change a pickup or tell you which booking grade you are actually on — which matters more here than on most days out, because on three of the London coaches castle admission is a grade rather than part of the fare.

Carer tickets and access
A free carer ticket must be booked with the castle in advance rather than claimed at the gate. The step counts for every area and the proofs the castle accepts are on the accessibility page.
